Rusjakov contemplates the world poetically in both his prose and lyrical works. At the center of his works is love: love for another human being, love for God, and love for the homeland.

Outstanding title:

“Hotel Between Two Wars” is a brave and rich pseudohistorical novel about the love of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk and Eleni Karinte. A forbidden empire in the gap between fact and fiction, between war and peace, between hearts and minds within us, but also beyond us. Siege of Troy built in Mustafa’s soul against Eleni’s onslaught of grief and pain written in two novels: in Rusjakov’s long postmodern “Hotel Between Two Wars” and in Eleni’s short, sentimental novel with the same name, nested in it as a spare female heart.

Latest title:

A picture book homage to the most famous anecdote about Kafka and the little girl grieving her lost doll. Though the story’s truth has never been confirmed—and various interpretations surround the circumstances in which it allegedly took place—its continual retelling has made it an inseparable part of Kafka’s biography.

The story in this new picture book is written by Aleksandar Rusjakov, marking his ceremonial debut in the world of children’s literature in Macedonian. While he stays within the contours of the widely accepted version of the tale, his authentic literary voice—full of lyricism and tenderness—shapes a unique original work, which we believe will become a new favorite for the whole family.
