She has been a member of the Macedonian Academy of Science and Arts since 2003. She was a professor of Literary Theory, Literary Hermeneutics and Creative Writing, at the Faculty of Philology, \u201cSs. Cyril and Methodius\u201d University in Skopje. Her poetry has been translated into many languages and represented in books, anthologies and selections of contemporary Macedonian, European and World poetry. She is the Vice President of the International PEN (by September 2008) and Editor-in-chief of the PEN collection \u201cDiversity\u201d. She is a manager of the European research project for poetics and hermeneutics (ERPH) at the Macedonian Academy of Science and Arts. She has published several books on literary theory and hermeneutics (\u201cFigurative Speech and Macedonian Poetry\u201d, \u201cPact and Impact\u201d, \u201cStone of Temptation\u201d, \u201cCahiers\u201d, \u201cSmall Literary Theory\u201d, \u201cNostalgia for a System\u201d, \u201cTheory of Literature\u201d, \u201cHermeneutics of Identity\u201d, \u201cThe Pleasure of Interpretation\u201d, \u201cThe Demon of Interpretation\u201d), and has edited several readers and anthologies (\u201cA Glossary of Literary Notions\u201d, \u201cThe Balkan Image of the World\u201d, \u201cViolence and Art\u201d, \u201cMemory and Art\u201d, \u201cThe Dialogue of Interpretations\u201d, \u201cThe Theory of Intertextuality\u201d, \u201cPoetics and Hermeneutics\u201d, \u201cThe Black Arab as a Figure of Memory\u201d, \u201cThe Art of Dance\u201d).
